I have decided to finally act on my oft-put-off thought to enter the "dreaded blogosphere" - I used to counter the slogan "I think therefore, I blog" with my own little quip "I work therefore I do not have the bloody time to blog"!

I was wrong. Over the years I have been an active blog-reader (you can see some of favourite blogs at the top of the page) but the time has come for me to get more active. So, here it is and thank you to all those bloggers that have inspired me.
